Privacy notice
This notice covers the Anshino website, a pre-launch site for an online sleep clinic being established in England. The data controller is Anshino Ltd (company number 17305293), 124–128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. This notice explains what we store when you join the waitlist.
What we collect
If you join our waitlist, we store the email address you give us, the date and time of your submission, your IP address, and the browser information sent with your request (the User-Agent). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising or analytics on this site.
Why, and our lawful basis
We use your email solely to let you know when Anshino launches. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
We use the submission time and IP address to limit repeated sign-ups from the same connection within a ten-minute window. Browser information is also stored with the submission.
Where we store it
Cloudflare hosts anshino.com and stores the waitlist records on our behalf. We do not sell your waitlist data.
How long we keep it
Our retention policy is to remove your waitlist record once we have launched and contacted you, or when you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. The submission time, IP address and browser information remain with your email until the record is deleted; they do not automatically expire after the ten-minute rate-limit window.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these, or to be removed from the waitlist, email manager@anshino.com and we will action it promptly. Anshino Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration ZC184354).
